You can add 2 cups of fruits, 2.5 cups of vegetables, around 200 gms of grain, and 150 gms of meat and beans to your daily diet. For snacks, you must take fresh fruits and raw vegetables and avoid foods that have high sugar, salt, or fat. Also, don’t overcook the vegetables and fruits otherwise you could lose the vital vitamins.

Be physically active:
During this pandemic, most people are forced to be at home and work from home. Take some time out for exercise daily or play a sport. It will be very beneficial to improve your mental and physical health. Add a daily physical activity to your schedule while being at home. Try to go for a walk, jogging or cycling. And buy indoor exercise equipment if you can and start doing some exercise.
Make a routine of sleeping:
It is quite possible that in this crisis being at home can change your sleeping pattern. But you should understand that quality sleep is a must for good health. Give yourself quality sleep and if you are working from home and feel yourself overburdened. You should try to take naps in between your work but the naps should not be more than 90 minutes and also take naps before 3 pm to avoid disturbing your night sleep. Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Also minimize using electronic gadgets, caffeine, and alcohol to make a good sleep pattern. Also, to improve your sleeping routine try to read, meditate and listen to soft music as it will help you to be relaxed.
